You can't have an authentic luau without a pig roast! I ordered it from Em-ing's barbeque, and it was delivered fully cooked and ready to eat! It was delicious! (As well as the most expensive part of the party!) We got about 25 lbs. of meat off of him, and almost all of it got eaten!
